There are a few ways to get better prices in Kingdom Come: Deliverance to get the full value when selling something; here's how.

How To Get Poison In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

There are three different kinds of poison to find and use:

  • Dollmaker Poison - Weakens weapon skills, makes it impossible to run, and slowly reduces health by a little.
  • Bane Poison - Makes running impossible and reduces health over a short period of time.
  • Lullaby Poison - Reduces energy to zero and lowers perception.

Early into the game, the first place you can reliably get poison from is north of Trosky Castle, following the road that curves to the west before going into the woods. Here, you'll find Herbalist Barnaby. He will sell each kind of poison while also selling you the recipes to brew each one at an alchemy bench if you want. He also sells all the resources to reach one in case you want to get started making your own right away.

Buying poisons is helpful, though Barnaby will usually only have the weak variants. Learning to brew your own can give you much stronger poisons that can take out enemies even quicker.

How To Use Poison In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

There are a few ways to use poison:

  • Coat a weapon with it.
  • Pour it into a cauldron of food.
  • Pour it over food in your inventory.

Coating your weapons in poison is a great way to make stealth gameplay much more effective, as enemies you catch off guard will already be set up for death even if they survive your initial assault. Pouring it into a Cauldron has a few uses outside of poisoning a tavern or castle, though never morally good ones outside of poisoning a bandit camp.

Pouring poison into a cauldron is clearly a crime and will get you in trouble if you get caught.

Your final option is to apply poison to food in your inventory. There are many instances throughout the game where someone will ask you for food, and giving them poisoned food can be one of the ways you take them out. Poisoned food is clearly marked in your inventory with green droplets, so be sure not to accidentally eat it yourself.
