Players traveling across Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 trying to make a living and survive this brutal sandbox will soon come across a quest called Sheep Among Wolves. It will be triggered shortly after completing the quest to recover Mutt, Henry's hound, and will have this dynamic duo working together to hunt a pack of wolves harassing the shepherds in the zone.

How To Complete Sheep Among Wolves In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Players need to find Herdsboy Siegfried, which is located north of Tachov, and talk to him to unlock this Wolf Hunting Quest. Sheep Among Wolves is a pretty straightforward quest, but it will require a little bit of stealth and tracking with the Houndmaster skill to find the exact location of the beast pack players need to slay.
First, follow the forest trail and approach the 
Sheep Remains to loot a Quest Item that will allow Mutt to track down the wolves. Next, talk to Mutt and select Track from his Commands panel. Select the 'Sheep remains' to make him take a smell of the wolves and get on their trail.
Now, players must make sure to use light equipment to prevent alerting the wolves. That way, dealing with them will be easier. The next thing to do will be to follow Mutt, paying attention to the clues along the path.
Keep delving deeper into the woods, and pay attention to Mutt's growling, which will alert players from the presence of their quarry. Wolves usually make lots of noise when they're alerted (howling and growling) so going into Stealth is a good choice to hit one of them with an arrow before going melee.
Ambush the wolves by aiming at one of them and sending Mutt (Sic'em Command) to tackle the target. After killing them, butcher each wolf to recover their ears and go back to Siegfried to deliver them and claim the reward.
Here are some extra tips to help players deal with packs of wolves, like the one found in this quest:
- Remain near Mutt, as he will be watching Henry's back all the time, and can take down at least one wolf while Henry deals with the rest.
- Try to bring a shield and a sword, as they're the most effective combo to avoid being overwhelmed.
- Wait for the wolves to jump and perfectly block/counter them to strike them down easily.
- Try to use the trees around Henry. Never fight in open spaces where wolves can surround him in no time.
- Target one enemy at a time, and don't swing around too many times. Wolves attack in sequences and rely on tiring off their opponents (the players). The best way to deal with their pack tactics is to attack smartly and avoid wasting Stamina.
- Drink Buck's Blood before the fight to increase Stamina and Stamina Regeneration.
- Have the Painkiller Brew equipped in the belt to drink in cases of extreme necessity, if the wolves injure Henry too much, his Stamina will drop down considerably and it will be game over.
After talking to Herdsboy Siegfried, additional requests from the local Shepherds will be unlocked, and all of them involve dealing with the local packs of wolves that are culling their sheep. One of them will be the Lost Sheep Quest, which will require players to track down a lost lamb and recover evidence of her demise.
