The Best Carry Capacity Saddle In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Since carry capacity is the main focus of saddles, you'll need to progress to the second region of the game and head to the main city there, Kuttenberg. When you enter the city through the western gate, immediately head south until you reach a bunch of stalls, with one being a saddler. This saddler will sell the two highest carry capacity saddles, both with the same cost and exact same stats:

Cracowian Saddle
Dragon Saddle

Both of these saddles increase your horse's carry capacity by 200 and lower its speed by five. The only difference between these two saddles is the name and appearance, so make your decision between the two based on which one you think is cooler.

Best Speed Saddle In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Any saddle you equip will lower your horse's speed, so if your pure focus is speed, you'll want to consider riding without a saddle at all. While this may seem weird, it actually won't affect your ability to ride at all and will keep your horse's speed at its base stat. That being said, if you do want a saddle of some kind to also increase your carry capacity, the best option can be found in Trosky Castle.

You'll first need to complete For Whom The Bell Tolls to unlock this vendor.

Inside Trosky Castle will be Hired Hand Kabat, who sells the Norman Saddle or the Prague Saddle. Overall, the Prague Saddle is best when it comes to speed, but both saddles are worth considering.

Norman Saddle	80	-3

The Norman Saddle also has slightly better armor stats, and the doubled carry capacity for only one less speed is fairly good. That all being said, finding and getting some of the best horses in the game will give you such a high speed that one less point won't matter very much.
