How To Get Legendary Items in Last Epoch

To get Legendary Items in Last Epoch, you need to combine Unique and Exalted items. But doing this is much more difficult than it seems, so items must meet certain requirements:

Unique Items must have Legendary Potential of between one and four. This determines how many new affixes it will receive when it becomes Legendary.
Exalted items must be of the same type as Unique. For example, if you have a Unique one-handed axe, then you need an Exalted one-handed axe to create a Legendary.

Also, it is important to note that players can only combine these items using the Eternity Cache in the Temporal Sanctum dungeon. In other words, you first have to complete the campaign before you can access the Legendary gear. Moreover, you can only create one Legendary Item in Last Epoch per run. Therefore, be ready to hunt for the Temporal Sanctum Key often if you want to wear the best equipment in the game.

Clearing the Temporal Sanctum dungeon will give you access to the Eternity Cache. In it, you must put Unique and Exalted items that meet the conditions described above. As a result, you will get a Legendary Item that will receive between one and four affixes from the Exalted item. They will have exactly the same numbers, but you cannot choose which ones will carry over to the final item.

For this reason, you should choose Unique items with the highest Legendary potential and Exalted items with the best stats you need. Of course, finding the perfect gear is quite difficult. So we recommend that you farm them in high-level zones, and also fight bosses that drop Unique items.
