The powerhouse collaboration between Nintendo and LEGO continues to delight audiences, with fans gearing up for a brand-new set themed to The Legend of Zelda, which a new teaser hints will be based on Ocarina of Time. Nintendo and LEGO have teamed up for a variety of sets based on legendary video game franchises like Super Mario Bros., Animal Crossing, and The Legend of Zelda, and the next wave of building kits set to launch sometime in 2026 is already sparking massive hype.
Rumors of LEGO sets featuring Ocarina of Time first cropped up in September 2025, with an alleged leak claiming that the new kit would feature Ganondorf in a 1,003-piece Ocarina of Time diorama. That same rumor also suggested that the upcoming Legend of Zelda LEGO set would be launching in March 2026, leading many to anticipate an official announcement before the end of 2025. While exact details have not yet been given, a fresh teaser for the upcoming collector's kit has seemingly confirmed some of the rumors.

Legend of Zelda LEGO Set Coming in 2026
The new teaser video for the LEGO Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time set showcases a mini-figure of the heroic Link bearing his iconic Hylian Shield and Master Sword, while the sounds of the beloved game can be heard playing triumphantly. Blurred in the background is another mini-fig with blonde hair and pinkish-purple garments, likely the titular Princess Zelda. Of course, the most obvious indication of the set being Ocarina of Time-themed is the caption for the teaser video, which quotes the villainous Ganondorf: "Do you realize who you're dealing with?" This line is uttered during a confrontation between Ganondorf and Link in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, thus solidifying earlier beliefs that the new LEGO x Nintendo sets would feature the classic game.
The Legend of Zelda recently appeared in the LEGO Game Boy kit, in the form of lenticular inserts and brick-built cartridges featuring Link's Awakening and Super Mario Land. An older Legend of Zelda LEGO kit highlighted The Great Deku Tree, also from Ocarina of Time, so it would seem that particular game remains a key source of inspiration for Nintendo and LEGO.
Along with the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time kit, Nintendo has also confirmed more Pokemon LEGO sets coming in 2026, making the year one of the biggest to date for the juggernaut partnership. There have not yet been any alleged rumors or official announcements indicating a potential price tag for The Legend of Zelda set with Ganondorf, Link, and Princess Zelda, so interested fans will want to stay tuned for any updates on when they can expect to get their hands on this set and how many Rupees they'll need to have saved.
