This man, Hiroshi Kitadani, has revealed a huge dream of his, which will certainly please many fans of the One Piece anime, as it has to do with the future of One Piece openings.

Hiroshi Kitadani’s Dream

He Wishes To Sing The Final One Piece Opening

Hiroshi Kitadani has been a major figure when it comes to the openings of One Piece. He has sung many of them. Out of all the openings, he is the one who sang the first one, We Are, which is clearly the most iconic One Piece opening.

He also sang the 15th opening, We Go, the 19th opening, We Can, the 22nd opening, Over The Top. Along with those, the latest opening, the 26th opening, titled UUUUUS!, was also performed by him.

This is quite an extensive list for him, which makes him the artist who has worked the most on One Piece openings, as he has 5 in total.

He has recently stated that he has a huge dream when it comes to the One Piece series. He wants to be the one to handle One Piece’s final opening, when the series eventually ends, which edges closer every year now.

Seeing as Hiroshi Kitadani has made the very first One Piece opening, it would be incredible if he would also make the last. This would also make the final opening of the series hit harder, as it would bring back old nostalgia of the first opening that started the series strong almost 3 decades ago.

A Legendary Singer for One Piece

Legendary One Piece Opening Singer Reveals His Dream

As stated previously, Hiroshi Kitadani has sung many openings for the One Piece series. Currently, he is 56 years old, so he would be quite old when the One Piece anime enters its final stretch of episodes. Hopefully, by then, he would still be healthy and able to realize his dream of making the final opening.

Hiroshi Kitadani doesn’t only make songs for One Piece, however, he has his own albums and singles. His first full-length album was titled R-New.

Kitadani, besides his dream to make the final One Piece opening, will also, more than likely, make other openings for One Piece besides the ones out right now, as he seems to be a prime choice whenever a One Piece opening is in need.
