With Marvel's Avengers: Doomsday gearing up to be perhaps the single biggest box office event of 2026, the latest leaks from the LEGO community are hinting at a huge new set themed to the epic superhero blockbuster, along with multiple new Spider-Man offerings to follow along with the release of Tom Holland's latest jaunt as the friendly neighborhood savior in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Marvel and LEGO have firmly established a fruitful partnership, with a number of previous brick-building sets themed to the iconic comic book company's beloved franchises, and if the latest rumors prove true, the next major MCU film could break records both in theaters and via LEGO's pocketbook.

After Disney acquired Marvel Entertainment in 2009, audiences were tentatively excited to see how the House of Mouse would expand upon the success of the 2008 Iron Man movie. Very few at that time could have predicted the eventual juggernaut that became the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with the MCU largely attributed to Disney's modern-day dominance at cinemas. It was no surprise that Disney teamed up with other powerhouses of pop culture, with LEGO serving as one of Disney's most prominent partners. From a dedicated LEGO store at the Disney Springs shopping district in Orlando to dozens of Marvel superhero LEGO kits released over the years, the combined force of Disney and LEGO has proven to be one of the most prolific merchandising partnerships, and the two are looking to continue their creative collaboration with Avengers: Doomsday and Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

40 New 2026 LEGO Sets Detailed in Massive Leak

A massive new leak includes names, set numbers, and other details about 40 LEGO sets planned to release over the course of 2026.

Avengers: Doomsday LEGO Set and New LEGO Spider-Man Figure Coming in 2026

According to insights from known LEGO leaker lego_minecraft_goat, there are allegedly 10 different unannounced Marvel LEGO sets planned to launch in 2026, with at least three of those being related to Spider-Man and one huge kit themed to Avengers: Doomsday. The rumor claims that LEGO set 76352 will feature something from the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie and will retail for approximately $109.99. Fans speculate that Robert Downey Jr.'s Doctor Doom may be coming, though others are hoping for the set to focus on the comic book version of the character. A secondary "Unknown" set said to contain 3,056 pieces and expected to cost $369.99 could also be themed to Avengers: Doomsday, possibly a massive Doctor Doom build, and fans are already fearful that LEGO may be limiting the presence of the iconic villain to the most expensive of the rumored kits.

As for the rumored Spider-Man LEGO sets, one is likely to be a new Spider-Man figure with 813 pieces and a price tag of $99.99. Two "Unknown" Spider-Man kits labeled 76349 and 76350 are expected to include 367 and 534 pieces with prices of $59.99 and $89.99, respectively. Both of the "Unknown" Spider-Man LEGO sets are allegedly themed to Spider-Man: Brand New Day, while the Spider-Man figure could feature any number of Spidey suit variants. One unfortunate observation by LEGO fans has been the unorthodox pricing of many Marvel LEGO kits, with the Spider-Man sets in particular having some of the most expensive price-per-part costs. Despite grievances with pricing, the Avengers: Doomsday and Spider-Man: Brand New Day sets are expected to sell like hotcakes, so interested fans may want to keep a close eye on upcoming announcements.
