Where to Find Caves in LEGO Fortnite

Locating caves in LEGO Fortnite depends a lot on luck. The game features randomly generated worlds, and each of them typically contains at least one cave. Players will just need to keep exploring till they find massive rock formations with an entrance.

Caves may not be available in grassy areas, and players will have to venture out to more mountainous biomes, such as the snow-covered lands or the desert. Interacting with the entrance of a cave immediately lets players enter it.

Once players find a cave in a specific biome, it will be marked on the world map with an icon that resembles a mountain. The icon features two spikes and a small entryway, which is similar to how a cave looks when players approach it. Players can journey back to the cave whenever they want.

It’s recommended that players carry enough Torches with them when exploring a cave, as it is hard to see in there due to the darkness.

Finding Caves Using World Seeds

LEGO Fortnite assigns a unique seed to every world, making it easier to identify them. When loading a new world from scratch, players can type in a specific seed code to load into a specific world. Doing so immediately transports players to that biome.

Caves contain valuable resources, such as White Marble and Knotroot. However, a lot of dangerous enemies and spiders reside there. Players need to be armed with at least a Shortsword if they plan on exploring caves, especially at night. Additionally, they can always ask a villager to join them as they venture into the cave.

How to Find a Lava Cave in Lego Fortnite

Lava Caves are one of the game’s most challenging and dangerous areas. Compared to regular caves, Lava Caves are filled with fire, heat, and danger. These ominous caves can be found deep within the Dry Valley. They look similar to regular caves. However, Lava Caves are surrounded by a bunch of trees and do not show up on the map unless a player enters them.

To survive in the depths of a Lava Cave, players need to craft heat-resistant items, such as the Snowberry Shake and the Cool-Headed Charm, to prevent heat damage. As they explore the Lava Caves, players can find valuable treasures, such as Obsidian and Ruby.
