Fans will need rods in order to get higher quality tools, but to do this there are a few steps that they must follow first. This guide will tell gamers everything they need to know about rod creation in Lego Fortnite.

How to Unlock the Rod Recipe

Players will only get access to the rod recipe if they build a Lumber Mill. To unlock the Lumber Mill in Lego Fortnite, gamers must first build a campfire and then a crafting bench. Then, they must gather a total of 8 Wood and 15 Granite to build it.

Once players have placed down their Lumber Mill, they will be able to create Planks and Wooden Rods in Lego Fortnite. The Lumber Mill is a crucial machine in Lego Fortnite, as it turns resources into useful materials that can be used to create more powerful tools and upgrade the village or the crafting bench.

How to Get Rods

As soon as players unlock the Lumber Mill, they'll be able to start creating Wooden Rods. You will make 1 Wooden Rod if you deposit 1 Wood into the Lumber Mill. As players upgrade their village, they'll be able to process more resources as well. They will find sturdier materials, such as Knotroot, that can be turned into better rods and create more durable, high-quality tools.

There is also another way to get rods in Lego Fortnite, but this is just an additional way of collecting them and not a viable way to farm them. NPCs can be given jobs, and this makes it possible for them to gather certain resources and craft useful items. Players can assign NPCs to a station, and this will make it so that they create rods for them. To do this, they must talk to one of their villagers and select the Let's Talk Jobs option, then they can choose the Help the Village option and grant them a Resource Job that involves refining materials.
