LEGO Fortnite's Lost Isles update has made its debut, bringing a plethora of additional content to the game. The Lost Isles is another area of the LEGO Fortnite world accessible via the Battle Bus Station, and players can dive into everything it offers right from the get-go. While there are plenty of additions in this update, like unique locations such as the Pirate Towns, the biggest highlight is the return of Klombo.
LEGO Fortnite: Battle Bus Quests & Rewards
The Battle Bus Quests in LEGO Fortnite offer a significant amount of XP and a Decor Bundle as rewards.
Klombo has returned for LEGO Fortnite in both his Battle Royale and LEGO form for the first time since his debut in Chapter 3 Season 1. His LEGO Fortnite counterpart can be found in the Lost Isles area of the map, and can now be tamed and ridden — just as long as players don’t make him angry. Here’s how to find Klombo in LEGO Fortnite.
Where To Find LEGO Klombos in LEGO Fortnite
LEGO Klombos are often found wandering around the Jungle biomes and are naturally peaceful wildlife that players can encounter. While Klombos can appear anywhere in the Jungle biome, players have the best chance of spotting them near one of the lagoons scattered throughout the area. Klombos can also be found in the Plains biome, making it relatively easy for players to encounter one during their first playthrough.
Where To Find Klombo in LEGO Fortnite
Klombo in his Battle Royale form can only be found within lagoons in the Jungle biomes. These locations are fairly easy to spot, as players will often find Klombo statues in the area. Unlike the LEGO Klombos that wander the map, the regular Klombo cannot be tamed and instead functions almost identically to his Battle Royale counterpart.
Klombo will always stay in the lagoon and will emerge when players approach him. Once he appears, players can feed Klombo Klomberries, Bananas, Pineapples, and other similar food items by throwing them near him. In return, Klombo will reward players with random resources, often ranging from Stink Glands to Mahogany. Aside from this, Klombo doesn’t do much else and will submerge back into the lagoon if players leave the area or attack him.

How To Tame a LEGO Klombo in LEGO Fortnite
Players can tame a Klombo by feeding it a Klomberry.
Klomberries can be found all around the Lost Isles, especially within the Plains and Jungle biomes. Alternatively, players can grow Klomberries using a Dirt Plot with Klomberry Seeds. Once players have obtained a Klomberry, they can head over to a LEGO Klombo and feed it. After doing so, the Klombo will be tamed and can then be ridden by interacting with it.
When mounted, players will see various onscreen controls, each offering unique benefits. These controls are as follows:
- Dismount (E/X/Square): Dismount from Klombo.
- Vacuum (Hold Q/B/Circle): Pull nearby items towards Klombo to be consumed. Consumed items will restore Klombo's health.
- Launch (Ctrl/Y/Triangle): Get launched into the air. Players can deploy their Glider by pressing the Jump button.
- Charge (Shift/LS/L3): Activate a sprint, dealing damage to enemies and destroying structures. Consumes more stamina when used.
While players can tame a Klombo relatively easily, the friendship won’t last forever. Once the Klombo’s stamina is depleted — either naturally from being ridden or from other activities — players will be thrown off and will need to tame it again. Additionally, Klombos will become untamed if they are angered.
LEGO Fortnite: Best Villagers, Ranked
Each villager has a unique specialty in LEGO Fortnite. Here’s a list of the best villagers that players can recruit to improve their villages.
What Makes LEGO Klombos Mad?
While Klombos are naturally peaceful, they can become angered if players aren’t careful. If a Klombo is attacked repeatedly, either by players or enemies, it will enter its rage state and attack anything nearby. A hostile Klombo packs a serious punch, dealing 7 hearts of damage with a single charge attack. When players are at a distance, an angry Klombo will also shoot acid projectiles (much like a Brute), leaving behind a lingering AoE.
Players can calm a raging Klombo by throwing down a few Klomberries. Once consumed, the Klombo will return to its passive, friendly state. Alternatively, players can wait for the Klombo to calm down all on its own.
