How To Get Arctic Claws In LEGO Fortnite Odyssey
To acquire Arctic Claws in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey, players must locate and defeat a Frost Wolf, a creature that is found within the Frostlands biome. If they haven’t already, players will need to obtain an Inner-Fire Charm to increase cold resistance before heading into the Frostlands, as well as equip Health Charms—preferably of Epic rarity—since enemies in the Frostlands tend to pack a hard punch.
Once players are in the Frostlands biome, they typically don’t need to wander far to find a Frost Wolf, as they are a fairly common creature. Frost Wolves are quite similar to Wild Wolves in the Grasslands biome—fast and agile—but they deal more damage, especially if players encounter a Storm-Wild variant.
Taking down a Frost Wolf is relatively simple. Swords and a good Shield usually do the trick, while Crossbows are great for eliminating them from a distance. Once defeated, a Frost Wolf will drop four Arctic Claws, making it fairly easy to farm a good amount.
What Are Arctic Claws Used For In LEGO Fortnite Odyssey?
When it comes to using Arctic Claws, there aren’t many recipes where they are a required ingredient. Recipes like Fishing Rods of any rarity, along with a Common Totem of Return, can use any type of Wolf Claw to be crafted, with the specific type offering no significant advantage.
The same applies to weapons: any Wolf Claw applied to the blade or limb of weapons like Swords, Crossbows, and Daggers will automatically apply the Berserk I Rune, but the weapon will be locked to Common rarity. Berserk I offers the ability to increase the player's speed and jump height for a short duration after attacking. However, since the ability is not unique to the Arctic Claw, there’s little reason to prioritize them, as players should already have access to higher rarity weapons by this point.
