As seen in the pictures, the replica house had an immense level of detail and featured a fully furnished interior. The build included everything from a kitchen and bathroom to bedrooms and a dining room. It even featured a mini model of the LEGO house. Besides the interior, the brothers carefully recreated the outside of the building, giving it realistic siding and a black roof with chimneys. In addition, they added lighting elements to illuminate the house, an effect that looked particularly striking through its many windows.
When sharing the replica house on Reddit, charmcitizen provided some background on the project. According to the creator, the goal was to recreate a Maine farmhouse that had been in their family for years. Impressively, the house was turning 225 years old, and they wanted to commemorate the occasion by building a LEGO replica. The Reddit user revealed that the project was “incredibly fun” but was also a challenge, partly due to their brother living far away. Fortunately, they managed to complete the project and gifted the LEGO house to their family, who lived in the full-size home.
