How to Deal With Maneater in Lethal Company
First things first, Maneaters can spawn on seven different moons in Lethal Company. They are indoor monsters usually found in mansions or facility areas. Unlike other creatures, these small bugs can survive outdoors, and employees can even release them outside to make Scrap hunting safer in the facilities.

Maneaters have three states in the game: Quiet, Crying, and Adult. In the Quiet and Crying states, they are in their baby form and not dangerous. But once they reach the adult stage, they will start attacking the player.
So the best way to deal with the Maneater is to stop it from turning into an adult. You can do this by calming it down as soon as it starts crying. Like a baby, it needs your attention when it cries. If players ignore it, it will turn adult, become aggressive, and attack them.
To stop a Maneater from crying, employees need to hold it in their hands and rock it like a baby until it calms down. Once it’s happy, you can put it down and continue your mission. And yes, be careful not to make any loud noise, hit the Maneater, drop heavy Scraps near it, or take it outside because these things can make it start crying again.
You can put it down for a few seconds without it crying. This will give you some time to quickly grab the scrap you need, and pick it back up before it starts crying again. Apart from that, players also have the option to trap it somewhere or kill it. You can stun it with Stun Grenades or kill it with a Shotgun. Hitting it with a Shovel five times will also do the job.
