Like a Dragon: Ishin is an action RPG set during the late 1800s in Japan. Taking on the role of a Samurai named Ryoma, players will find themselves in a plot that is embroiled in political intrigue, suspense, and betrayals. As with several other substories in Like a Dragon: Ishin, this quest doesn't require combat skills, but players must answer correctly to get all the rewards.

Locating The Talkin' Tosa Substory

The Talkin' Tosa Subtory is found Northwest of Rakunai in Nichibuza, Kawaramach. Players must approach the man named Fujie standing outside an establishment, reading over some letters.
