Little Nightmares 3 will set loose vicious monstrosities that inhabit The Spiral on our protagonists, Low and Alone. There's an abundance of chase sequences in the game, but some sections will require players to move quietly through an area to avoid alerting nearby enemies. The dentist's office in The Institute is one such example, which will require players to sneak past the crazed doctor and progress further into chapter four. Here's what you need to do.

How to Escape the Dentist's Office in Little Nightmares 3 (The Institute)
Players will enter the dentist's office and encounter the doctor at the start of chapter four: The Institute in Little Nightmares 3. After arriving at the office, players will spot a deranged doctor frantically trying to open a door. The dentist seems to be blind, and even walking normally can alert them and run after our protagonists.
There's a pet door to the left side of the room that both characters will need to push in order to escape the dentist's office. However, interacting with the door will immediately alert the dentist as well, and he'll come running. So, you'll need to find a way to distract the dentist and lure them to the right side of the room, which will give you time to push through the flap door and escape the office.
So, simply crouch down and slowly walk towards the leftmost corner of the room, as far away from the dentist as you can. Make sure not to touch any empty glass bottles lying around the floor, as they'll easily break and alert the dentist.
Once you're on the left side of the room, use Low's bow to target one of the far-off bottles in the room and shoot an arrow at it. The arrow will shatter the glass bottles, luring the dentist away from the door. Once the dentist leaves to investigate the sound, interact with the pet door, and start pushing it.
The struggle will alert the dentist, and they'll start coming towards the players. However, if you've managed to lure the dentist far away from the door, you'll get enough time to finally push through the door and finally escape the dentist's office in Little Nightmares 3.
