Lost Soul Aside adopts a hack-and-slash combat style where players utilize the power of Arena, a dragon who has been stripped of his powers. The main plot of the story focuses on Kaser as he tries to find a way to save his sister from her current condition. As Kaser proceeds along his journey and defeats powerful bosses, players will eventually make their way to the Seleria Hall, where they can enter the Chronocore Dimension.
Once inside the Chronocore Dimension, players will encounter a complicated puzzle to open a door with no hints provided by the game. This part can be confusing, so the guide below includes information on how to get past this obstacle and proceed to complete the first chapter in Lost Soul Aside.
How to Upgrade & Customize Weapons in Lost Soul Aside
Lost Soul Aside offers a lot of customization for Kazer's weapons; here's how it works and how to upgrade his weapons.
How to Open the Door inside the Chronocore Dimension in Lost Soul Aside
Before entering the Chronoscore Dimension, you will have a tutorial to get used to the Greatsword combat. Proceeding through the dimension, you will come across your first Mechanism, where you must use the Greatsword Shock to form a barrier around you to avoid being one-shot. This is an important mechanic that will happen multiple times in this section. After this, you will reach a door with four square pillars on the sides. The objective is to go through the gate, but the game will not help you in any way. Three of the four pillars are situated close to the door, while the fourth one on the left is far back and also glowing.
Now, some players' first intuition would be to interact with the glowing pillar, as that might be the solution to this puzzle, but that is not the case. Instead, players need to interact with the other three pillars. One of the faces of each pillar has a glowing triangle facing down, and you must take out your Greatsword by pressing R1 and holding the left joystick up on your controller. Now, hit the triangle on each pillar, causing them to slide back into the holding point, which opens the door.
With the first interaction with these pillars out of the way, you will now understand how to solve any other puzzle related to them that comes your way.
