How to Get All Three E. Gadd Medals

Gamers can display up to three Professor E. Gadd Medals on their save file in Luigi's Mansion 2, but for this to happen, they must meet these requirements:

Medal #1 - Complete the Dark Moon Quest

Complete 29 main story missions

To complete the Dark Moon Quest in Luigi's Mansion 2, players will have to beat the Possessor holding the Dark Moon piece in each mansion and then fight the final boss. In total, they must complete 29 levels.

Medal #2 - Get a 3-Star Rank in Every Mission

Get a 3-Star Rank in every main and bonus mission

Next, players will first have to catch every Boo in each Mansion so they can unlock the five bonus missions available in Luigi's Mansion 2. Then, they will have to get a 3-Star Rank in all the main story levels, boss battles, and bonus missions. Getting a 3-Star Rank in every level in the game unlocks one of Professor E. Gadd's Medals in Luigi's Mansion 2.

Medal #3 - Complete E. Gadd's Vault Collections

Find every gem and Boo
Capture every type of ghost in singleplayer and multiplayer mode

Professor E. Gadd has several collections, which players can view down in the vault. To get the final medal, gamers must complete each collection, which means getting 20,000 G worth of treasure to unlock the final Poltergust 5000 upgrade, retrieving every gem, hunting down every ghost in Evershade Valley and ScareScraper, and finding and capturing Boos in each mansion.

What Happens You Get All E. Gadd Medals?

It takes quite a while to gather all of the Professor E. Gadd Medals available in Luigi's Mansion 2, and as it's standard for many Nintendo games, it doesn't reward gamers with much. Once players have received the three Medals, they will be displayed on top of their save file in the Title screen.
