How To Use Third Person View in Manor Lords

To enter third person mode in Manor Lords, follow these simple steps:

Locate the eye icon next to the portrait on the top right side of the screen.
Click the icon.
The camera will change to third person, allowing you to control your character as you see fit.

If you want to exit third person, follow the same steps.

Press the Left Shift button on your keyboard to sprint while controlling your lord in third person.

It is worth noting that when you are in third person, you can stroll anywhere on the map. In fact, you can watch battles as they unfold or walk in the middle of one. Unfortunately, you can’t interact with your surroundings or take part in the ongoing battles, which could have been a great opportunity for the developers to add value to an already fantastic game. However, there is a possibility that new features could be introduced so that players can carry out different activities in third person.

Interestingly, Manor Lords warns players that Visit Mode is an experimental feature, meaning glitches are to be expected. When you enable Visit Mode, you will also control an avatar that looks nothing like the one in the portrait, which is another lost opportunity that will likely be improved in the future.
