How To Get Leather In Manor Lords

Leather serves as a pivotal crafting material in Manor Lords. However, acquiring it directly isn't an option; instead, you need to get Hide and then process it into Leather with the assistance of a Tannery.

How To Get Hide In Manor Lords

You can obtain Hide in a few ways:

The primary method is to establish a Hunting Camp, where your villagers will actively hunt wild animals, yielding Hides among other resources.
Alternatively, if you have a Goat Shed extension, it can also produce Hides as a byproduct.
Lastly, if you want to save time, you have the option to import it via the Trading Post in exchange for your regional wealth.

How To Construct A Tannery In Manor Lords

To construct a Tannery in Manor Lords, navigate to the Industry section of the Construction menu and select the Tannery option. You'll need four pieces of Timber to complete the construction.

It's advisable to place the Tannery near your Hunting Camp or Storehouse where you store the majority of your Hides.

How To Produce Leather

Once you have built the Tannery, the next step is to set it into motion. Assign workers to the Tannery to initiate the production process. Hides gathered either from your Hunting Camp or Goat Shed will then be transported to the Tannery, where workers will transform them into Leather.
