How to Find the Huband in Mario and Luigi: Brothership

Side quests are a great way for players to get to know all of the NPCs and minor characters in Mario and Luigi: Brothership. One of the first side quests that players will receive is titled An Invitation to the Spa. There is a group of characters on Shipshape Island that are constantly gossiping, and if players listen in on their conversation after defeating Gorumbla, they will receive this quest.

It turns out that the pink character's husband has gone off somewhere and no one knows where to find him. This guide walks players through the An Invitation to the Spa side quest in Mario and Luigi: Brothership so they know exactly what they need to do to complete it.

How to Find the Gossip's Husband in Mario and Luigi: Brothership

Players can find out where the gossip's husband went to if they eavesdrop on the conversation, and they will quickly learn that the he went to Raynforst Island.

To find the gossip's husband on Raynforst island, players must go north after walking past the Peddler merchant. Since they've already rescued Billdit and reconnected the island at this point, the Connectar Flowers bulbs with be open. They will find one up ahead, and they must hop onto it and keep following the path past the wooden bridges. They will come across a group of people that stumbled upon the husband and is worried that he might've collapsed.

Players must get across by hopping onto the L and M platforms. Then, they can speak to the husband and hear his woes. As it turns out, the husband found his vocation on Raynforst Island and apparently it's exercising. However, he claims that he is getting too old for big and bold moves because of his back.

Mario and Luigi will then point him to Shipshape Island. To complete this side quest, they must head there and check up on the husband after sending him on his way. Green Toad will then appear and talk about how they're considering opening a spa. The Toad will give Mario, Luigi, and the husband a back-cracking message and the quest will be completed.

Rewards for Completing An Invitation to the Spa in Mario and Luigi: Brothership

As a reward for completing An Invitation to the Spa in Mario and Luigi: Brothership, the brothers will receive two Syrup Jars. This item restores 10 BP, so it can be a great help in battle if players ever run out after performing a bunch of Bros. Moves.

Additionally, once players reconnect Florall Island to the Uni-Tree, the Green Toad will actually open a spa on Shipshape Island. Players can visit the spa any time they need to replenish their HP and BP.
