How to Get & Use Stickers in Mario Kart World
Mario Kart World's Stickers are a way of customizing your kart and showcasing your progress in the game. Here's how to get and use them.
There are missions in each part of the world, and they put players' racing skills to the test. At Peach Stadium, players will be find a mission that requires them to fly across the lake and reach the flagpole without being attacked by fish. This guide shows players the best way to handle this challenge so they can get closer to 100 percent completion in Mario Kart World.
How to Clear the Lake in Mario Kart World
Peach Stadium is located in the center of the Mario Kart World map, and it's quite fun to explore. North of the Stadium, players will spot a star-shaped lake, and near it, there are a few missions that they complete.
South of the river, there is a P Switch that players can activate in order to begin a mission that requires them to "clear the lake without becoming fish food". This means that they have to make it across the lake and reach the goal within the time limit; if they're hit by a fish, they will fall into the water and most likely not be able to do it in time.
To make it across the lake at Peach Stadium, gamers will want to accelarate as much as they can down and get their speed as high as possible as they descend the road that leads from Peach Stadium to the lake area.
Along the way, there are several ramps with boost pads that will help them increase their speed. They must be careful not to hit any vehicles on the road before they reach the fountain, and it is imperative that they hit the jump pad so they can fly into the air and make it across the lake.
How to Reach the Flagpole Goal Across the Peach Stadium Lake in Mario Kart World
While flying across the lake, players should make sure that they remain high in the air in order to prevent the fish from hitting them. This can be done by tilt the analog stick back slightly.
Gamers can fly through the star-shaped checkpoints to receive a boost, but it is not necessary. To clear the mission, players must reach the goal on the other side of the lake, and it can be particularly hard to do so if they're going too fast.
The best way to get close enough to the flagpole at the star-shaped lake in Mario Kart World is to fly down and land on the water right before reaching land. This will allow players to diminish their speed and hit the boost pad on the ground right in front of the flagpole; if they drive over it, it'll send them flying in the direction of the goal so they can reach the flagpole. The video below shows players how to complete this mission within the time limit:
