Super Mario Bros. Wonder: All Captain Toad Locations

Captain Toad has been busy exploring the nooks and crannies of Super Mario Bros. Wonder's Flower Kingdom, and players that track him down will be rewarded for their efforts. More specifically, fans will earn 50 Flower Coins every time that they find Captain Toad, and there are five opportunities to claim that reward. This guide is here to help players take advantage of those opportunities by detailing all the Captain Toad locations in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

Mario Wonder: Captain Toad Locations

Pipe-Rock Plateau (World 1) #1

Players that are on the hunt for Captain Toad should begin by using the secret exit in Mario Wonder's Piranha Plants on Parade. For full clarity, this is the second course in Pipe-Rock Plateau, and its secret exit is accessed by following these steps:

Trigger the Wonder Flower event and complete it by collecting the Wonder Seed.
Use the note blocks to the right of the Wonder Seed to jump on top of the platform that is up and to the left.

After using the secret exit in Piranha Plants on Parade, players will gain access to a green pipe on the overworld map. Fans that pass through that pipe will be taken directly to Captain Toad.

Pipe-Rock Plateau (World 1) #2

Upon reaching Pipe-Rock Plateau's first open area, players should travel upward to reach an area with the Rolla Koopa Derby course and Parachute Cap I Badge Challenge. Approaching the top-right corner of that area will cause an A prompt to appear above the Mario Wonder character's head, and pressing that input will send them to Captain Toad's location.

Pipe-Rock Plateau (World 1) #3

There is a branching path on the overworld map before the Pipe-Rock Plateau Palace, and players should use the downward path to reach a green pipe that leads to an underground area. Fans should then move to the top-right corner of the area, just past Mario Wonder's Angry Spikes and Sinkin' Pipes course, and press A when prompted to travel to Captain Toad's location.

Sunbaked Desert (World 4) #1

There are three square panels in the Sunbaked Desert's sand that can be activated by walking on top of them. Activating all of those panels will cause a large question mark block to descend, giving players access to the Rolling-Ball Hall course. There is a pipe hidden to the right of that course, and it leads directly to Captain Toad.

Sunbaked Desert (World 4) #2

There is a Poplin on top of the Sunbaked Desert's massive structure who will repair a nearby bridge after receiving 50 Flower Coins. After crossing that bridge, players should follow the path left, down, and then up to get behind the hovering question mark block. There is a hidden pipe in that position, which will take fans to the final Captain Toad location.
