Fans of the popular anti-hero have largely been excited about his cosmetics, as the game already features skins for his Anti-Venom and Space Knight costumes. Some players also have access to Venom's Cyan Clash skin, which was exclusive to the hero shooter's closed beta.

Blaze_Enforcer posted an image of Venom's new Snow Symbiote skin to Reddit, praising it as one of the best skins in the game. The new skin, labeled as "hot" in Marvel Rivals' shop, is white with blue frost throughout and features a glowing piece of ice in the center of his chest. In the game, bits of frost and snow surround Venom, creating a slight aura. When players use Venom's ultimate ability, there's even a little jingle, altering the ability's usual sound. It's also worth noting that all of Venom's abilities feature a frosty-white aesthetic, which is different from skins like Anti-Venom where all of the character's abilities remain black. Fans of the character may also be pleased to know that an Agent Venom skin may be coming to Marvel Rivals soon as well.

Some fans said they like the skin so much, they may even be tempted to play Venom more often just to use it. While the skin appears to be a big hit with most, a few players feel the skin has too much going on and doesn't really fit with Venom's signature look. Venom's Snow Symbiote bundle is just one of several new winter-themed skins in Marvel Rivals, as Rocket Raccoon, Magik, Groot, and Jeff the Land Shark also received new cosmetics.

Marvel Rivals recently dropped its Winter Celebration update, which has brought a lot of fun additions to the game. While many players are excited about the fresh skins, fans can also engage in a new game mode where two teams made up of four Jeffs face off against one another to cover the entire map in frost. Whichever team has covered most of the map by the time the clock runs out wins the match. Players can also complete challenges related to the new mode to earn new cosmetics, including the Cuddly Fuzzlefin skin for Jeff the Land Shark. With so many new things to enjoy, many fans seem to be having fun with Marvel Rivals' winter event.
