According to a prominent Marvel Rivals content creator, Doctor Strange's Multiverse of Madness skin will be receiving some changes with the next update. NetEase Games recently launched Season 2 of Marvel Rivals, which is going to add more heroes to the title's ever-expanding roster over the course of three months.

In a recent Dev Talk, NetEase Games revealed that it would be making some changes to heroes in Marvel Rivals' upcoming mid-season update. This will include, but not be limited to, increasing the offensive potential of certain Strategists. The developers will also be adjusting the way match contribution works, as the community has noticed that certain Duelists have a major advantage over some Strategists and Vanguards.

According to the content creator Miller Ross on Twitter, NetEase Games will be adding a shroud of zombie hands to Doctor Strange's most recent skin in Marvel Rivals. The skin is modeled after the hero's appearance in the popular MCU film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. More specifically, it's based on his appearance near the end of the film when he takes on an undead form. All the promotional artwork and preview within the game's shop showed this version of Doctor Strange with a shroud of zombie hands around his shoulders and head. However, after purchasing the costume, players realized that those hands weren't present in-game. Instead, the extra limbs only appeared when using two of the Vanguard's abilities. Since neither of these abilities happens very often, many players were disappointed and stated that they felt misled by NetEase Games.
