On the Marvel Rivals subreddit, user Keiiraxe shared a UI concept that allows players to change the lobby background. To illustrate the idea, they shared images showing how the lobby would look with a customized background for the Moon Knight's Lunar General, Loki's Shin Sagi-Shi, Black Panther's Damisa-Sarki, and Invisible Woman's bride skin. According to them, with this option, every Marvel Rivals skin would have its own background, with the feature no longer being exclusive to Legendary skins. This is the highest skin rarity in the game and has other features besides its background, such as a cinematic intro.

Marvel Rivals players received the idea positively, reacting to the post with more than 5,000 upvotes. In the comments, they heaped praise on the concept created by the OP, with some expressing frustration with the UI of the current lobby.
