A Marvel Rivals player has shared an impressive idea for improving the lobby interface. This Marvel Rivals concept introduces yet another way for players to make their experience unique, making NetEase's shooter even more engaging. After all, while Marvel Rivals has maintained an active community and received frequent updates, players often talk about what they would like to see added to the game.
Previously, one player suggested that Marvel Rivals could add a rearview camera for the Vanguards, allowing players to see these characters without fully spinning around to look and potentially improving players' game awareness. Another fan was very interested in the addition of health bars at the top left of the screen, allowing players to monitor the health of their allies and know when they need help. This time another Marvel Rivals player shared an inventive idea and showed how it would work.
Marvel Rivals Fan Creates Green Goblin Duelist Concept
A Marvel Rivals fan designs an ability kit for the Green Goblin, and shows what the iconic villain would be like a playable character.
On the Marvel Rivals subreddit, user Keiiraxe shared a UI concept that allows players to change the lobby background. To illustrate the idea, they shared images showing how the lobby would look with a customized background for the Moon Knight's Lunar General, Loki's Shin Sagi-Shi, Black Panther's Damisa-Sarki, and Invisible Woman's bride skin. According to them, with this option, every Marvel Rivals skin would have its own background, with the feature no longer being exclusive to Legendary skins. This is the highest skin rarity in the game and has other features besides its background, such as a cinematic intro.
Marvel Rivals Player Shares Idea For Giving New Life To The Game's Lobby
Marvel Rivals players received the idea positively, reacting to the post with more than 5,000 upvotes. In the comments, they heaped praise on the concept created by the OP, with some expressing frustration with the UI of the current lobby. Other players suggested that NetEase could change the background when launching a new Marvel Rivals event, or change it according to the change of seasons, as happens with the main screen. More players said they would even like to see gallery cards, items obtained by completing missions or playing the competitive mode, used as a lobby background.
The Marvel Rivals developers have not yet indicated that they plan to add personalized backgrounds to the lobby, but some players are confident this feature is in the works. While the community awaits the potential addition of this quality-of-life feature in future updates, Marvel Rivals has revealed other cosmetics that can already be purchased for characters such as Namor and Punisher.
