Marvel Rivals has given fans their first look at gameplay of the upcoming Immortal Avatar skin for Adam Warlock, which is set to make its debut in the shop on May 22 at 7 PM PDT. NetEase Games recently released Season 2 of Marvel Rivals, which has confirmed that the game's next playable character will be the villain Ultron.

Marvel Rivals' upcoming patch is mostly focused on some minor bug fixes and new skins, but there is a new feature for players to enjoy as well. Since the game's launch in December 2024, a large portion of the community has been asking for the ability to use more than one spray on a map during a match. Currently, if someone puts down a second spray, their first one disappears. This patch will allow gamers to use up to five sprays simultaneously, allowing even more room for players to express themselves during a match.

In a recent post on Twitter, NetEase Games gave players their first look at gameplay of the new Immortal Avatar skin for the Strategist Adam Warlock in Marvel Rivals, which is scheduled to release in the game's shop on May 22 at 7 PM PDT. The costume gives Adam Warlock a truly radiant appearance, as he is donning a black and gold outfit punctuated by two golden dragon heads that curl around his shoulders. His staff has also changed in appearance, as the top of it seems to resemble a dragon's claw.

Adam Warlock isn't the only hero getting a new costume, as Marvel Rivals will be releasing an Immortal Sovereign skin for Scarlet Witch on May 22 as well. Recent gameplay footage shows the hero wearing one of her signature red dresses, though her hair, hands, and eyes all have a golden glow to them. As of writing, there's no official word on just how much either skin will cost.

NetEase Games also recently released its Galacta's Gift event in Marvel Rivals, which is meant to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the hero shooter's Closed Alpha. During the event, gamers are able to claim a new gift once per day after completing three matches. The rewards include items like Chrono Shield Cards, sprays, and even a Costume Coin. Many players seem to be most excited about the Costume Coin, as it will allow them to claim an eligible skin for free. With so much content to enjoy and even more on the way, many fans are feeling optimistic about the future of Marvel Rivals.
