Tips and Tricks for Playing Luna Snow in Marvel Rivals
Luna Snow is one of the strongest Strategists in Marvel Rivals, providing the ability to heal her teammates quickly and deal some devastating damage to enemy heroes. She can be a bit challenging to master, though, because you need a bit of precise aim to get full value from her abilities. This can get particularly frustrating if you're constantly dealing with flankers like Spider-Man trying to take you down, but thankfully, her Smooth Skate can help you make a quick getaway if you need to.
- Prioritize attaching Share the Stage to allied flankers, flyers, high-mobility heroes, and those who tend to play more out of sight than others. Every time you heal a different ally, the ally that has Share the Stage attached will also receive healing. Essentially, this is one of the best ways to heal those pesky, highly-mobile targets like Spider-Man, Black Panther, and Venom, for example.
- Save your freeze (Absolute Zero) for key cooldowns and ultimate abilities. Luna Snow's freeze is one of the only hard CC abilities in the game, with the potential to stun heroes out of key abilities, or even send flyers plummeting to an environmental death. Instead of trying to use it on cooldown to freeze any target in sight, wait for key situations or ultimates can completely save yourself and your team.
- Alternatively, your freeze is also your anti-dive survival card. Luna Snow is often a target of dive heroes such as Venom, Hulk, Captain America, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Iron Fist, and Magik. By getting good at hitting your freezes, you will be able to survive the dive more often than not, as you can then run away using her enhances skate movement speed, or by following up with a headshot on squishy targets to kill.
- Toggle Healing Feedback on in Luna Snow's hero settings. Luna Snow is a hitscan healer, meaning you need to be able to consistently aim and hit your shots to both heal your allies and damage enemies. While there is a noise that plays when you hit a heal, toggling healing feedback will provide additional visual cues to help you tell who and when you are successfully hitting your heals.
- Luna Snow is immune to a lot of various CC when in her Ultimate, so you can use this to your advantage. Examples include Peni web, Spider-Man web, Luna Snow freeze, Mantis Sleep, Jeff Ultimate, and more.
