Marvel Rivals has revealed that it will be releasing a new item called Chrono Shield Cards as part of its upcoming Galacta's Gift event, which is scheduled to make its debut on May 15. NetEase Games recently revealed that it will also be bringing back Marvel Rivals' Season 0 battle pass for a limited time. Players who wish to take advantage of its return will be able to purchase it from May 15 through May 29. This time around, the Season 0 battle pass won't offer players any free rewards, which means players looking to acquire any of its benefits will need to buy it for 590 Lattice.

According to what was shown, Chrono Shield Cards have the ability to activate a Chrono Shield upon losing a Competitive match, which will prevent the user from losing any points. The description also notes that Chrono Shield Cards will be reset at the end of each season, meaning there's no reason to hang onto them for too long.
