After weeks of speculation and rumors, Marvel Rivals has given players their first official look for the upcoming Season 5 battle pass, Grand Garden Adventure. Marvel Rivals is currently wrapping up Season 4, which introduced Angela and Daredevil to the popular hero shooter's ever-expanding roster.
NetEase Games has been busy laying the groundwork for the launch of Season 5 on November 14, as it recently revealed that Gambit and Rogue will be coming to Marvel Rivals. It seems as if Gambit will be making his debut at the beginning of the season, while Rogue will follow during the major mid-season update in December. In a move that surprised a large portion of the community, NetEase Games announced that Gambit will be released as a Strategist. Since a lot of people assumed that the popular mutant would be a Duelist, quite a few fans are wondering where that leaves Rogue. So far, NetEase Games has released at least one Duelist during every season, though that could change.
Marvel Rivals' Season 5 Battle Pass Includes 10 Skins
NetEase Games has shared its first official trailer for Season 5's battle pass, Grand Garden Adventure. Ten heroes will be receiving new skins in the battle pass, but players can expect to see a wide variety of other cosmetics introduced as well. As with previous seasons, players can expect to see both paid and free skins in Marvel Rivals' upcoming battle pass. While the trailer doesn't include the names of the skins themselves, it does show off all the heroes who will be receiving cosmetics.
- The Punisher
- Black Widow
- Namor
- Adam Warlock
- Angela
- Ultron
- The Thing
- Scarlet Witch
- Hela
- Groot
There's a lot of variety within the cosmetics themselves, as Scarlet Witch is taking on her classic look while The Punisher's new skin looks like it would be right at home in Marvel Rivals' zombie mode. Namor appears to be taking to the high seas as a pirate captain, and Groot can be seen donning the classic blue and red Guardians outfit. Many players seem to be particularly excited about the new Ultron skin, which shows a version of the villain who managed to collect the Infinity Stones. It's a stacked lineup of cosmetics that show just how creative NetEase Games can be when assembling a battle pass.
While many players have their attention focused on the release of Season 5, some gamers are already looking ahead toward Season 6. One leaker recently pointed out that a Gallery Card could be hinting at the upcoming debut of Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone in Marvel Rivals. Many fans have been asking for Deadpool since the game released in 2024. While the hero could be on the way, it looks like gamers have to hold on just a bit longer, as Season 6 won't be arriving until early in 2026. With so much content to enjoy and even more just around the corner, many fans are feeling optimistic about the future of Marvel Rivals.
