This limited-time event will be available for two weeks, allowing players to compete in tiered matches for a chance to unlock Cassandra Nova, a new Series 5 card. Deadpool’s Diner Mode Explained

Marvel Snap’s Deadpool’s Diner is a tiered competition mode with ladder-climb mechanics. There are 15 tiers, each requiring a certain number of Bubs, which are comparable to casino chips. After paying the entry fee, you can go all-in and win up to double the amount of chips you started with.
Deadpool’s Diner has a unique automatic Snap feature that doubles the stakes three times starting at the end of turn three. Players can also Snap once to increase the stakes at any point during the match—which brings the total number of possible Snaps to five.
How to Play Deadpool’s Diner
You start each match by betting, which involves placing the required number of Bubs (chips) on the table. During the match, you can raise the stakes by Snapping once—the same goes for your opponent. Regardless of the players’ Snaps, the game will raise the stakes three times, starting at round four.
You can earn Bubs for the Deadpool’s Diner event in three different ways: Winning matches, waiting for the automatic Bub regeneration, or purchasing Bubs from the Bub-Mart.
- Win matches to earn Bubs. Each table’s dish can yield up to double the amount of starting bet.
- Wait for the automatic refill. Your Bubs refill every eight hours. But as you climb the event’s ladder, you earn more Bubs per hour, making it easier to continue from where you left off. (Bub Refill Upgrades that you unlock from the reward ladder accelerate the regeneration process.)
- Buy Bubs for Gold. You can get extra Bubs at Bub-Mart, which is an event-exclusive shop. Every time you unlock a Bub-Mart Level Up, the shop’s prices get a discount, allowing you to buy more Bubs for less Gold.

The event's main reward is Cassandra Nova, the newest Marvel Snap Series 5 card. You can unlock this character by earning 15 million Bubs. However, to unlock all 32 event rewards, you need to accumulate 500 million Bubs. These are lifetime earnings, so losing Bubs in matches won't affect your progress on the ladder.
The Best Deck for Deadpool’s Diner Event
In our testing, the Blink deck performed well against most competitors in early tables. You can replicate this deck by teaming up Blink with The Infinaut and the following cards: Sunspot, Grandmaster, Jeff, Electro, Jubilee, Shang-Chi, Leech, Hulk, Doctor Doom, and Red Hulk.
However, note that Deadpool's Diner event makes it challenging to create a one-size-fits-all deck. As you unlock higher-stakes tables, you will encounter more potent competitors, requiring you to adjust your strategy and consider metagame deck options.
Using decks built around less common or new cards, such as Copycat, is also a good strategy for Deadpool’s Diner, as your opponent is less likely to have counters for them.
Deadpool’s Diner Event Review
Marvel Snap's Deadpool’s Diner event could be a refreshing change to spice up the repetitive nature of standard matches. However, it falls short of the creativity most gamers were expecting. Primarily a promotional event for the MCU’s latest movie, Deadpool & Wolverine, Deadpool’s Diner doesn't offer anything new beyond replacing Cubes with Bubs.
Fortunately, the developers have promised to bring back this mode in the future after collecting feedback from players. This leaves the door open for positive changes and possibly more interesting features to be introduced. For now, however, Deadpool’s Diner remains a not-so-much-fun grind for players aiming to unlock Cassandra Nova for free.
