Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is just as much about survival as it is about stealth, so you'll have to become a literal Snake Eater to complete your mission. Tracking down every animal, snack, and edible mushroom to fill out your Food Collection in Metal Gear Solid Delta will reward you with one of the best weapons in the game, so it's worth keeping an eye out for new species as you work your way through the story.

There are 48 unique food items in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. You have to capture everything at least once, and you have to actually eat it in order for the item to register in your Food Collection. This can make certain other MGS Delta challenges (like finishing the game with a living Tsuchinoko) a bit tricky, so make sure you save your game often. Here's where you can find every animal, plant, mushroom, and food item in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.

It's one of the greatest rewards from the original PS2 classic, and it's just as good in MGS Delta.
