Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is filled to the brim with secrets and Easter eggs just like the PS2 original, and there are achievements and trophies tied to the biggest challenges the game has to offer. The Metal Gear Solid Delta trophy and achievement list is mostly the same as the previous re-releases of Snake Eater, but there are a few new additions as well.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is a fairly short game compared to modern releases, but there's a ton of replay value if you're hunting for trophies, achievements, and titles. The list includes the usual stuff, like getting 100% of the collectibles or completing the game with special restrictions, but there are some easy achievements and trophies that can be knocked out in just a few minutes if you know what to do. Don't Touch the Sides	Use a knife to remove a bullet. Heal a bullet wound in the cure menu to unlock this trophy.
Ocelot Always Gets His Man	Spot Ocelot in the background when Snake is shaking the President's hand. Press R1 when Snake shakes the President's hand in the final cutscene and spot Ocelot to unlock this trophy.
Prince Charming	Attack a Kerotan for the first time. Shoot a Kerotan frog to unlock this trophy.
Ugly Duckling	Attack a GA-KO for the first time. Shoot a GA-KO duck to unlock this trophy.
Ralph Called	Make Snake throw up. Spin Snake around in the survival viewer to unlock this trophy.
Can I Keep It?	Capture any animal alive. Shoot an animal with your tranquilizer pistol to unlock this trophy.
Snake Eater	Eat a snake of any type. Kill and eat a snake to unlock this trophy.
Foodie	Record any food item into your Food Collection. Eat any food item to unlock this trophy.
A Good Man is Hard to Find	Achieve a Camo Index of 100%. Obtain Moss camo by holding up The End, then lie prone in a patch of grass to unlock this trophy.
I Can Totally See You	Achieve a Camo Index of 90%. Dive deep underwater or use Leaf camo and Woodland face paint to unlock this trophy.
Time Paradox	Create the Ocelot Time Paradox. Kill Ocelot after stunning him during the Virtuous Mission to unlock this trophy.
Taste the Poison!	Throw a poisonous creature at an enemy. Capture a poisonous snake, frog, or spider alive and then throw it at a guard to unlock this trophy.
Cinephile	Listen to Para-Medic talk about movies after you save. Call Para-Medic and save the game to unlock this trophy.
Friendly Fire	Call in fire support. Call a fire support frequency after learning it from interrogating a guard to unlock this trophy.
Serenity Now	Call one Healing Radio frequency. Call a Healing Radio frequency after learning it from interrogating a guard to unlock this trophy.
Beekeeper	Use bees to harass an enemy. Shoot a beehive down from a tree when a guard walks underneath to unlock this trophy.
Just Because	Blow up an armory or provisions storehouse with TNT. Detonate TNT in a wooden provisions building (only found in certain areas) to unlock this trophy.
Mostly Dead	Use the Fake Death Pill. Fake your death with a Fake Death Pill to unlock this trophy.
You Snooze, You Lose	Sneak up on The End and hold him up to make him drop an item. Approach The End without being detected during the boss fight and point your weapon at him to unlock this trophy.
The Early End	Kill The End before the boss battle. Obtain the SVD from Ponizovje West, then snipe The End after the cutscene in Ponizovje Warehouse Docks to unlock this trophy.
Mud Scientist	Get dirty while wearing the Scientist uniform. Equip the Scientist uniform and crawl through mud to unlock this trophy.
War Has Changed	Start a game in New Style. Choose New Style to unlock this trophy.
Old Snake, New Tricks	Start a game in Legacy Style. Choose Legacy Style to unlock this trophy.
Paparazzo Snake	Use Photo Mode for the first time. Activate Photo Mode to unlock this trophy.
Wax On, Wax Off	Parry all of The Boss's CQC attacks. Press the CQC button when The Boss approaches during her boss fight to parry her attacks and unlock this trophy.
Believe It or Not	Catch a Tsuchinoko. Place a Mousetrap in Graniny Gorki, Sokrovenno, or Bolshaya Pass South and hope you're lucky enough to find a Tsuchinoko to unlock this trophy.
It Ain't Easy Being Green	Attack all 64 Kerotans. Shoot all 64 Kerotans to unlock this trophy. You can track your progress via the pause menu.
It's Duck Season	Attack all 64 GA-KOs. Shoot all 64 GA-KO ducks to unlock this trophy. You can track your progress via the pause menu.
Like a Boss	Clear the game on any difficulty. Finish the game to unlock this trophy.
PEACE WALKER	Clear the game without killing anyone. Finish the game without a single kill (including bosses) to unlock this trophy. You can do this on Very Easy difficulty with the EZ Gun.
Gastronome	Achieve 100% for your Food Collection. Collect at least one of every type of consumable (snakes, birds, fish, frogs, plants, spiders, etc.) To unlock this trophy.
A Snake Has Many Skins	Obtain every camouflage uniform and face paint. Unlock every single camouflage and face paint pattern to unlock this trophy. This includes the Infinity face paint acquired by completing the game with a Tsuchinoko in your possession or getting a FOXHOUND rating.
FOXHOUND	Acquire the FOXHOUND title. Unlock the FOXHOUND title after completing the game with the following criteria met to unlock this trophy. Complete the game on Extreme difficulty. Complete the game in under 5 hours. No Continues, Kills, or Alerts. No Life Medicine. Eat no more than 20 meals. Take no more than 10 life bars worth of damage. Save no more than 25 times.

Most of the completion journey in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater involves finding all the animals and perfecting your run so you can earn the FOXHOUND title. Also, the Kerotans are fairly easy to find if you pay attention and use the New Style camera, but the GA-KO ducks are camouflaged and are much harder to spot. At least there aren't any trophies tied to the Fox Hunt multiplayer mode.
