A Haunted Heirloom Quest Guide In Metaphor: ReFantazio
After turning in any bounty in Martira (yes, the Heismay bounty also counts), the Recruiter Dispatcher will mention a noble on Sunlemo Street with an item request. Go to the Resentful Noble in Grand Trad, and he will tell you to bring him his Black Jewel Necklace. Upon traveling to the Catacombs, you will find a Nervous Soldier standing outside who will ask you to bring him eight Mortaskulls. Accepting his request starts the "Skullduggery" quest, which is relatively easy to complete and turn in on the same day.
Buy a couple of Purified Teacakes from St. Fermis Church in Grand Trad, which should not cost much Reeve and are quite useful against the boss of the Catacombs.
Inside the Mausoleum Catacombs, you will find the gates that were locked on your previous visit are now open. The straight path is blocked by soldiers who will mention repairs ongoing in the Cathedral, so you must go through the open gates and explore the new area in the Catacombs. This is a straightforward dungeon where you must acquire two halves of a key to open the Inner Sanctum door.
There are a bunch of Skeletons throughout the dungeon that jump out of coffins, and defeating them will get you the Mortaskulls you need to complete the quest. You will also find several Magla Rooms where you can save and take a breather.
How To Beat Kadablich In Metaphor: ReFantazio
The boss and the ads all have weaknesses against Light Skill attacks.
- Have every party member learn the Hama skill using the Skill Inheritance.
- At least one member should be a Healer or Cleric.
Inside the Inner Sanctum is a level 25 boss, Kadablich, with three Skeleton soldiers. You must first focus on dealing with the Skeleton soldiers; otherwise, there will be many turns on the enemy side. Make use of your Mahama Synthesis on your Healer to exploit the Light weakness of all the enemies. Using Hama on every turn ensures you get around eight turns every round. With the ads dealt with, you will then have to whittle down the boss' health.
Kadablich has some potent attacks, including the Curse Chant, which can cause Hex on all players, and the Mamudo, which deals Dark damage to all party members. Eight turns against Kadablich should take him down with ease. The dungeon before Kadablich is quite small, so you should not have any problems with MP. If you do, you can recover your MP using the Mage class on the Protagonist and by defeating enemies. Focus on using Light Skills and Kadablich will go down in no time.
