How to Unlock Basilio as a Follower in Metaphor ReFantazio

Players will be able to unlock Basilio as a follower after the date 9/14 and after completing the Altabury Opera House dungeon in Metaphor: ReFantazio. After traveling in the Gauntlet Runner, players will run into him in the Engineering Bay (next to Neuras' notebook). He'll start contemplating his blind trust in Louis and declare his ambition to rid the land of his evil reign.
