Metaphor: ReFantazio opens up for the first time after the king's funeral, giving players their first deadline to complete a task. During this time, they can choose to explore the dungeon to progress the main story or complete various tasks or side quests around town.
Some tasks will take up time, while others can be completed freely. One of these tasks players can complete early on is the side quest Pagan's Dilemma, which has a deadline of five days to try and save the man's daughter before she succumbs to her sickness. Where To Find St. Fermis Church In Metaphor: ReFantazio
St. Fermis Church is located on Sunlumeo Street in Grand Trad, the main city you're currently in. Look along the bottom right of the screen to see the option to open the map, which allows you to fast travel to Sunlumeo Street instantly. You can also choose to run or skate there on your sword by following the road away from the inn straight forward, letting you pass by More and learn a new Archetype with the Magla you got in the previous boss fight.
Once on Sunlumeo Street, head north along the left side of the main road to see the church, marked with a white upside-down triangle icon. Head inside and talk to the Sanctor with the icon over his head to tell him of your request. After some back and forth, he will agree to sell you the Breath Of Fresh Air for 500 Reeve.
Once you visit the church you can fast travel back here at any time with the map, as this church is a great location to buy ailment-curing items.

Rewards For Pagan's Dilemma
With the Breath of Fresh Air in hand, return to the pagan to get your reward of tolerance and a rusted accessory. Tolerance is one of the Kingly Virtues you'll be growing throughout your journey that will allow you to help your companions and continue to strengthen the Archetypes associated with them. Completing this side quest rewards four points to Tolerance and doesn't pass any time.
The other reward is a Rusted Accessory. Take this item to any merchant that is able to appraise it, then save the game. Appraising this item will have it turn into a random accessory that boosts the stats of the wearer, with an accessory for any stat being a possibility. Reload if necessary but this item offers a great early boost towards your chosen build.
