How To Perform CPR In MindsEye

As mentioned above, the CPR minigame in MindsEye can be extremely frustrating, leading to many "Failed" screens all too often. For some reason, the timing can feel slightly off; the triggers always feel a bit late.

The minigame is divided into two parts. For those struggling, the following tips can help you learn how to perform CPR without failing:

CPR Minigame 1

To pass the first part of the minigame, you must press the LT + RT on Xbox or L2 + R2 on PlayStation when the circles line up. However, it's advisable to try to get the little white dot to hit the left-side edge of the black circle.

If you miss three times, you'll fail the minigame and wil have to start the process all over again.

Don't press the trigger buttons too hard, as speed and fluidity are key to finding the correct rhythm for the first part of the minigame.
You can even try holding down just one of the RT/R2 or LT/L2 buttons and timing the other trigger button to line up the circle. This worked well on the Xbox version.

CPR Minigame 2

To pass the second part of the minigame, you must follow the line with both L and R analogue sticks.
You must stay within the line as much as possible, slowly moving the analogue sticks around halfway on the controller.

To successfully complete the scene and save Matt Conti, you need to repeat both parts of the minigames. This can be quite challenging and frustrating, especially when you progress through the second part. However, if you persevere and follow the tips provided, you should be able to advance to the next part of the game in Redrock City.
