Minecraft has released the Jurassic World Adventures DLC, which players can get for 1510 Minecoins or $8.99. In this collaboration between Minecraft and Jurassic World, Mojang has added content inspired by Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and Jurassic World: World Dominion, the most recent entries in the Jurassic World movie franchise. In this open-world adventure, players take on the role of Dr. Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler, Claire Dearing, Kayla Watts, or Owen Grady to explore iconic locations from the films. They will research dinosaurs that roam freely in the world and protect them from evil scientists and poachers. Players will encounter various dinosaurs, such as the tyrannosaurus rex, pyroraptor, and the brontosaurus. They will also have access to vehicles like motorcycles, jeeps, quad bikes, and weapons such as bows and crossbows.

This isn't the first time Minecraft and Jurassic World have crossed over. Minecraft released another Jurassic World DLC in 2020, adding environments inspired by the films. In this DLC, Minecraft players become managers of their own dinosaur parks, create exhibits, and join a team of NPCs to solve disasters and find dinosaur DNA. The DLC features 21 skins and over 60 creatures, including hybrid dinosaurs.

Mojang continues to bring even more content to Minecraft through updates. In the latest patch, Minecraft made a big adjustment to pots, making them a new option for storing items. The same update gave the bat an updated design and added blocks that players can craft using copper. Another new content is the introduction of the crafter, a block with a high potential for optimizing farms.

Minecraft is a game made up of blocks, creatures, and community. You can survive the night or build a work of art – the choice is all yours. But if the thought of exploring a vast new world all on your own feels overwhelming, then fear not!

Minecraft has no set goal and can be played however you’d like! This is why it’s sometimes called a “sandbox game” – there are lots of things for you to do, and lots of ways that you can play. If you like being creative, then you can use the blocks to build things from your imagination. If you’re feeling brave, you can explore the world and face daring challenges. Blocks can be broken, crafted, placed to reshape the landscape, or used to build fantastical creations.

Creatures can be battled or befriended, depending on how you play. The world of Minecraft allows for epic adventures, quiet meditations, and everything in between. You can even share your creations with other players, or play in community worlds!
