Minecraft Legends follows a brave adventurer on their quest to defeat the evil Piglins plaguing the Overworld. In order to defeat their forces, the protagonist must travel far and wide across the vast land they find themselves in, all while destroying various Piglin bases and strongholds. However, this can take a considerable amount of time.
Thankfully, players can obtain four unique mounts during their travels that, once acquired, can be used to travel the map in unique ways. Each mount comes with a different ability, so players hoping to experience everything Minecraft Legends has to offer may want to find them as quickly as possible. That said, finding them all can be a little challenging.
The Horse In Minecraft Legends
Players will automatically acquire the Horse mount the moment they start playing Minecraft Legends, which is great considering how big the world is. The Horse is arguably the most well-rounded mount available in the entire game.
When players eventually happen upon a new mount, they can feel free to leave the horse behind, as it respawns whenever the player fast-travels to a previously visited village, along with any other mounts the player has found.
The Brilliant Beetle In Minecraft Legends
The Brilliant Beetle is the slowest mount available in Minecraft Legends, but that doesn't mean players should avoid getting it. Once obtained, it can be used to climb up cliff faces and mountains, quickly swim through water, and fly for brief periods.
To find a Brilliant Beetle, the protagonist must travel to a Jungle Biome, wherein they can find a Brilliant Beetle nest. Wild mounts will vanish if Piglins come too close, so players may need to eradicate any nearby threats if the Brilliant Beetles are absent. Once they do, and the beetles return, players can simply approach whatever beetle they like to mount it.
The Regal Tiger In Minecraft Legends
The Regal Tiger is the fastest mount available in Minecraft Legends, which is quite impressive seeing as the Horse is also quite fast. Though it struggles with climbing especially tall obstacles, the speed at which it can travel makes it a must-have for those hoping to quickly explore every location in the game.
The player must first locate a Regal Tiger den in the Overworld to acquire a Regal Tiger mount. These dens can be found while exploring the Dry Savanna Biomes.
The Big Beak Bird In Minecraft Legends
For those who enjoy the Brilliant Beetle's movement capabilities, the Big Beak is a must-have; it can jump higher than the beetle and can also glide indefinitely. With the Big Beak, players can traverse the skies with relative ease, but the beetle is still needed for ascending particularly tall structures.
To find the Big Beak, the player should venture to the Jagged Peaks Biome. Thankfully, climbing up the icy mountains isn't necessary, as the Big Bird den is actually located on the ground, in the more grassy part of the Biome. That said, players can find some Diamond veins if they climb the nearby mountains, so they should investigate the summits while they are nearby.
