Mio: Memories in Orbit will put players inside a labyrinthine ship that slowly opens up to reveal interesting NPCs and hidden secrets. One of the first locked doors you'll encounter in the Severed Spine region requires an Aviaries Passepartout key. This door leads to a new area, and finding its key will require players to battle an early-game boss.

Go through the door and keep heading east till you spot a hole in the ground. You'll need to jump down from here to enter the lower sections of the Feral Undergrowth.

Mio Memories in Orbit Aviaries Passepartout Flora Boss

You'll need to use the Hairpin ability to thoroughly explore this section and reach the area with the Aviaries Passepartout key. So, keep heading east in this area until you finally arrive in a room with a boss called Flora Sentient Pearltrap.

This isn't really a tough boss, but you'll need to avoid its projectile attacks a lot while targeting its purple goo-covered mouth. It'll mainly attack with its tendrils first, followed by a projectile spit attack.

Mio Memories in Orbit Aviaries Passepartout Flora Boss Second Phase

During its second phase, it'll cover the ground closer to it with slime, making it harder for you to hit its mouth and return to safe footing. You'll need to use the Hairpin on the grapple orb to get close to it, deal a three-hit combo, and double-jump to return to safety.
