Twitch content creator Matthew "Mizkif" Rinaudo has filed a lawsuit against two of his former OTK colleagues, Emiru and Asmongold, for defamation and monetary damages following allegations of sexual assault and harassment levied against him. The controversial Twitch streamer is also suing OTK, Mythic Talent, and King Gaming Labs after he was terminated from OTK following an October broadcast.

The lawsuit came about after Twitch streamer Emiru accused Mizkif of sexual assault, abuse, and blackmail involving dead pets during an October 25 broadcast. Emiru said that she and Mizkif were in a personal relationship until early 2025. It later emerged that Mizkif was no longer with OTK Media and that over one million shares of the company's stock had since been reclaimed from him. OTK Media, also known as One True King, is an Austin-based company co-founded in 2020 by Mizkif, Asmongold, and other popular content creators. Emiru joined OTK in 2022 and became a co-owner in 2023.

Mizkif Is Suing Former OTK Colleagues for Defamation

Following his removal from OTK, Mizkif filed a lawsuit against Emiru, Asmongold, OTK, Mythic Talent, and King Gaming Labs for defamation and punitive damages. The lawsuit claimed that the harassment allegations against Mizkif were false and had caused reputational harm to him and his career as a content creator. The lawsuit stated that Asmongold's own streams that had covered the situation between Emiru and Mizkif caused further damage to Mizkif's reputation. These broadcasts were the reason why Asmongold, one of the most-watched streamers on Twitch, was named in the lawsuit. Mythic Talent and King Gaming Labs stated that Mizkif breached his contract due to his removal from OTK and that he owes Mythic approximately $600,000 in management fees. The amount of damages Mizkif requested from the defamation lawsuit was not publicly disclosed. As of this writing, no parties named in Mizkif's lawsuit have commented about the situation, and no court date has been set.

However, the lawsuit is not the only legal controversy Mizkif is embroiled in. Following Emiru's sexual assault allegations against him, more women have come forward and accused Mizkif of harassment, assault, and insensitive comments about other streamers. Some of the content creators who have spoken out against Mizkif include Quqco, AriaSaki, and Tricia Wang.

The last time Mizkif was in a courtroom was in January 2025, when a defamation lawsuit against him and other creators was dismissed because of insufficient evidence. It remains to be seen how Mizkif's pending lawsuit against Emiru and the other parties will play out.
