They're mainly used to string together or break up combos, but can also be called upon to add a little extra pizzazz to throws and Fatal Blows. Updated March 18, 2025, by Tom Bowen: In addition to the 15 Kameo fighters found in the base version of the game, Mortal Kombat 1 players gained access to five additional options through the game's first Kombat Pack. No new Kameos were unveiled when Kombat Pack 2 was first announced, although players were eventually treated to Madam Bo, who released alongside the game's final DLC kombatant. This guide has been updated to include Madam Bo's Kameo Fatality, with video and button inputs available here.
