Dice Multipliers are resource monetization mechanics. By using them, you agree to pay extra dice per roll in exchange for a chance to win bigger prizes. For example, rolling dice on ×5 Multiplier increases your chances of grabbing shield, cash, or rent by a factor of five but consumes five dice.

To increase the Multiplier, tap “×1” next to the “Go!” Button.

Think of Dice Multiplier as an on-demand booster. Whenever you need better outcomes, you increase them. But there is a cap: the highest Dice Multiplier in Monopoly Go is 100. (Unless there’s an active Event that allows higher numbers.)

If you think about it, there are three possible dice combinations that could give you these numbers, surpassing any other rolls. Here’s the math:

Rolling 8: 2 + 6, 3 + 5, 4 + 4
Rolling 7: 1 + 6, 2 + 5, 3 + 4
Rolling 6: 1 + 5, 2 + 4, 3 + 3

So, if you increase your Dice Multiplier based on these rolls, you are 25% likely to hit your target Tile.
