You can get the 1920’s Ms. M token by hitting the sixth milestone in the ongoing Tycoon Pass, found in the Monopoly GO's Tycoon Club. To reach this milestone, you’ll need to spend Diamonds in the Tycoon Club store. The first milestone is unlocked when you’ve spent 100 Diamonds on in-game items like sticker packs, safes, bundles, or cosmetics within the Benefits section.
