Unlike other tokens that are for specific mini-games in Monopoly GO, Express Coin Tokens are directly tied to your performance in daily tournaments. At the time of writing, the only way to earn Express Coin Tokens is by participating in and performing well in the daily tournaments.
These tournaments regularly pop up in Monopoly GO and usually run for one to two days. Tournaments throw you into a pool of players where all of you compete for the top ranks on the leaderboard. To secure the top spots, you need to earn a significant number of points by performing Bank Heists and executing Shutdowns.
When it comes to scoring points, your dice multiplier can make all the difference. The golden rule is to save your higher multipliers for when your token is a few spaces away from a Railroad tile. This way, you can multiply the points you earn from Bank Heists and Shutdowns.
At the end of each daily tournament, your final ranking on the leaderboard determines the number of Express Coin Tokens you receive. The higher you place, the more coins you'll be awarded.
