Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath is set to launch on May 26, and it's bringing with it three new DLC characters. While there are plenty of Mortal Kombat fans excited to play as Fujin and Sheeva, it's safe to say that there's a lot of buzz surrounding the Mortal Kombat 11 RoboCop DLC. RoboCop will be coming to Mortal Kombat 11 with his own unique move-set, Fatalities, and suite of customization options.

A new video released by NetherRealm Studios shows off some of RoboCop's customization options, with players able to change the look of his weapons, helmet, and more. There's a staggering number of different looks that Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath players can give RoboCop in the game, though it's unclear how many will be available from the start and how many players will have to unlock.

The Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath expansion is looking to add significant content to the MK11 experience. Besides RoboCop, Fujin, and Sheeva, Mortal Kombat 11 players can also look forward to the return of Stage Fatalities and Friendships. Plus, the expansion will include some brand new story content that picks up right where the base game's story left off.

As revealed in the Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath announcement trailer, the game will focus on Shang Tsung, Night Wolf, and Fujin confronting Raiden and Liu Kang. Needless to say, it will be interesting to see what happens next, and luckily, fans only have to wait a little over a week to find out.

Of course, that's assuming that they're willing to purchase the Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath expansion. While some of the new content will be available for free, the DLC characters and new story mode will not. The Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath DLC price is $39.99, though those who have yet to purchase the Kombat Pack can get that bundled with it for an extra $10, bringing the total price to $49.99. Depending on how substantial the new story content is, $39.99 might not be too bad for the Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath expansion, but there are definitely some fans who have complained that that's a pretty steep asking price.

Regardless, the Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath expansion should go a long way in keeping fans engaged with the game in the coming months. It will be interesting to see NetherRealm Studios' next game, but for now, there's still plenty to do in Mortal Kombat 11.

Mortal Kombat 11 is out now for PC, PS4, Stadia, Switch, and Xbox One.
