My Hero Academia is one of the biggest Shonen series ever, but sadly for fans, the manga concluded last year, late 2024, and the anime is also coming to its own conclusion this year. With the series fully concluding soon, fans are always looking forward to any new content released by Horikoshi, the creator of the series.
As many fans know, Horikoshi is about to drop some very intriguing MHA content. Horikoshi is about to reveal a whole lot of information in a brand new My Hero Academia book, titled My Hero Academia Fanbook Ultra Age. This book is going to be massive for My Hero Academia lore, and fans should definitely check it out when it drops.
With this book, it’s known that there will be a section where Horikoshi answers intriguing questions and reveals great information. What these questions are is mostly unknown, however, the official My Hero Academia Twitter account revealed a sneak peek that unveiled 3 questions answered in this book here.
The most interesting question asked out of these is undoubtedly the following:
“What kind of power does the armor that Deku was given by All Might and Class A have?”
This question is definitely needed, as fans only got to see glimpses of this armor at the end of the story, and never found out more about it. This essentially confirms that Deku's suit powers will fully be revealed by Horikoshi soon.

Deku's new iron suit got a new drawing by Horikoshi, giving fans a better look at it.
The other questions are a bit more random and less relevant, and they pertain to how Bakugo got to carve his name in the tax rankings, and whether Todoroki’s personality matured or not. Of course, there are also going to be other exciting questions that the author answers here, but fans will have to wait and see what they will be once the book drops officially.

The Q&A on its own is very exciting for the fans, but there is much more to expect from the upcoming My Hero Academia Fanbook Ultra Age. One of the most anticipated things that come with the fan book is the one-shot chapter by Horikoshi. What exactly this one-shot chapter will be about is unclear, but it might just be about Deku. The book will also elaborate on characters, abilities, and quirks. This is Shueisha’s description of the book:
“As a culmination of the 10-year serialization, the final fan book containing all the information about "My Hero Academia" has been released! In addition to over 100 characters, it thoroughly explains the world of "My Hero Academia", including their "quirks" and special moves. In addition, there are relay interviews with past editors and a Q&A corner, and manga artist Horikoshi Kohei also delves deep into the story. At the end of the book, there is also a short one-shot that is exclusive to this book!”
This book is absolutely a must-have for any My Hero Academia fans. The release date is quite soon, on May 2, 2025, which means in just a matter of weeks, fans will have access to a ton of exciting information about My Hero Academia’s beloved protagonist, Izuku Midoriya.
