Fans of Shoto would be delighted to know that he's done incredibly well for himself after the end of the main story, as revealed by the author. - Shoto Graduates And Immediately Competes With The Best Heroes
- Shoto And Bakugo Are Neck and Neck
When My Hero Academia ended, fans saw Shoto Todoroki break free from what he once considered a curse, and that was being Endeavor’s son. Solving his inner conflict and mending his relationship with his family was a big part of his character, and he certainly did that, especially with Toya, whom he visited ever so often until the moment he succumbed to his injuries. Shoto eventually also became a Pro Hero, which was expected of someone with the abilities that he possessed.
Brother, what's your favorite food? — Shoto Todoroki to Toya
It is said that Shoto immediately went to compete for the top ranks, alongside Bakugo Katsuki. While his opening rank on the Hero Billboard Chart isn't known, what fans do know is that Bakugo opened at #4, which means that Shoto Todoroki should be close somewhere, possibly in the #5 spot, or perhaps above Bakugo. Regardless, Shoto continued to work hard, and eventually, he took over Endeavor’s agency as well.
Shoto Is The Current Number 2 Hero
My Hero Academia One Shot Confirms Shoto’s Latest Hero Rank
My Hero Academia fans know very well that Shoto Todoroki is one of the strongest Heroes around. He was destined for the top right from the get-go, and all he needed to do was to fulfil his potential. He certainly went on to do just that, especially after the 8-year timeskip. As seen in My Hero Academia chapter 431, Shoto Todoroki goes on to become the Number 2 Hero, just behind Mirio Togata, the Number 1. By this time, people around him start seeing him as his own person, and not just Emdeavor's son. More than that, Shoto goes head-to-head with the Top Hero for the Number 1 spot, which only adds more excitement to his character. Hopefully, in the future, Shoto gets to become the Number 1 Hero as well.

Aside from doing his daily Hero job, Shoto also reveals to the fans that he loves to eat, and for that reason, he takes a bowl and chopsticks making class in Ichikawa, to better appreciate food, and of course, soba, which his brother Toya also liked.
At the end of the day, Shoto is a gentle soul, but also a powerful Hero, which is why the ending that Horikoshi gave him was absolutely perfect.
