My Hero Academia’s story might have wrapped up, but there are other interesting things that the fans have been getting over the course of the last few months that excites them greatly. The series has been shown a lot of love, despite having ended, and the fans are thoroughly cherishing every bit of new information that they're getting.
My Hero Academia: Horikoshi Confirms A New Power System, And It Isn't Quirks
MHA has a new power system, and it's very different from quirks.
With the release of the final fanbook of My Hero Academia, fans were wondering if new information from Horikoshi would stop. However, that wasn't the case. Horikoshi recently revealed his My Hero Academia art book as well, and with it came an incredibly massive color spread of 4 pages, featuring 144 characters.
Shoto Todoroki And Bakugo's Designs Stand Out
- Shoto and Bakugo Take The Spotlight
- New Hero Costumes Fully Revealed
As fans know, Horikoshi did an 8-year timeskip at the end of My Hero Academia, which means that all the Hero students are now officially Pro Heroes. As they're now in their twenties, it is only logical that many of them are hovering around the top Hero positions. Even more than that, their appearances have changed a lot over the years, and they've added new hero gear, along with more flashy costumes.
Stand proud, young Midoriya! You earned this! — All Might
In the latest My Hero Academia colorspread, fans can clearly see Shoto Todoroki wearing his new all-blue hero suit. It also sports a light blue T across his chest, which has the same colors as Toya’s blue flame quirk, likely being a tribute to him.
As far as Bakugo goes, fans can clearly see that he still carries that large scar across his face, and his costume seems to have changed slightly as well. He's seen wearing a tank top with her bracers better than ever before. Bakugo, too, looks stunning in the new colorspread.
Izuku Midoriya Wears His New Hero Armor Suit
Deku Takes Up the Center of the Colorspread
While Bakugo and Todoroki are to his sides, Deku himself is right in the middle. Unfortunately, the way Deku is drawn here isn't the best, given that he's the main character and should be more dynamic, and should be taking up more space, but when fitting 144 characters it's easy to see why Horikoshi chose not to do so. Still, fans can clearly see Deku's armor, which sports dark green stripes across it, making it look very fancy.
All The Heroes Look Fabulous
Other than these three, there are many others who stun on this colorspread. Mina Ashido, in particular, looks absolutely amazing, as do Jirou and Yaomomo. Fans can also see Monoma strike a phenomenal pose for the colorspread. From the U.A. Big Three, it is none other than Nejire Hado that stands out the most, but overall, every character is just perfect here. Fans will truly remember this for ages, as it is the last gift that Horikoshi gives to them.
My Hero Academia: Horikoshi Confirms Deku Failed To Accomplish A Major Goal At The End
Horikoshi has revealed that Deku never accomplished his goal in MHA.
