This article contains spoilers from the My Hero Academia Epilogue.

The world of My Hero Academia has changed drastically over the years, and fans know very well that the Symbol of Peace, All Might, is no longer there to protect them. All Might was incredibly powerful during his era, and his influence was such that he was widely considered to be the strongest Hero in the world, and at the same time, the strongest in general. Unfortunately, the era of All Might is now officially over and the world of Heroes has moved on.

Now, new heroes have stepped up. In the epilogue of My Hero Academia, fans were made aware of the new replacement for All Might, and it is none other than Mirio Togata. Mirio has officially taken over as the Top Hero in Japan, and he's working towards saving a million people, just like he wanted. He might not be as strong as All Might, but he truly has a heart of gold, and he would gladly risk his life to save the innocent people of the world, making him the true All Might replacement.

When My Hero Academia's Final War ended, most expected Izuku Midoriya to be the next best Hero. In a broader sense, Izuku is the best Hero and possibly even the greatest in history, but when it comes to the Japanese Hero Billboard Chart, Izuku Midoriya certainly didn't shoot up to the top. This is because he lost the power of the One For All, and this was a decision that baffled many fans. Since Izuku Midoriya was Quirkless at the end of the series, he couldn't be a Pro Hero and that officially meant that someone else had to come in and do the job. This person was none other than Mirio Togata.

Upon his introduction, fans already knew that Mirio Togata would go on to be a spectacular Hero. Sir Nighteye even saw his future and knew that Mirio would go on to reach tremendous levels in the future. As such, it didn't come as a surprise to anyone to see him in the spot of the Top 1 Hero. After the Final War, Mirio has most certainly gotten much stronger and he deserves to take the mantle of the strongest from All Might and stand where he stood once. But, there are also other worthy candidates. Right behind Mirio Is Shoto Todoroki. The Number 2 spot, and Mt. Lady in the Number 3 spot as well.
