This article contains spoilers from the My Hero Academia series.
Fans of My Hero Academia are experiencing a flux of emotions at the moment, and quite understandably so. The series is finally getting the last anime season soon, but at the same time, it'll drop the curtain on the MHA series as a whole. Fans know very well that My Hero Academia is concluding, so even though a new season brings happiness, overall, it is quite devastating that a story as good as MHA is officially wrapping up. That said, My Hero Academia fans will not be left hanging.

Deku lost the OFA, and Horikoshi reveals how strong he is now in MHA.
Fans who want to experience more action from the world of MHA know that the Vigilantes anime will continue, but at the same time, it must also be remembered that My Hero Academia has other replacements lined up by Shueisha, and one of them is Kagurabachi. Even though the MHA series is ending, Shueisha will be hoping for Kagurabachi to get a phenomenal reception when its anime officially comes out in 2026. At the moment, it looks like it's just a matter of time before that happens.
My Hero Academia Anime Will Be Replaced By Kagurabachi
My Hero Academia Anime Will Conclude Soon
- My Hero Academia Season 8 will end the Final War
- MHA will be replaced by the next big Shonen Jump hit
My Hero Academia fans know very well that they're officially in the last stretch of the story. With the Final War now reaching its climax, it is only a matter of time before the story officially wraps up. Fans know that My Hero Academia Season 8 won't be a long one, and that it'll officially conclude the story of Izuku Midoriya and all the other Heroes in the story as they clash against the villains.

With the My Hero Academia anime ending, fans will, of course, be on the lookout for a replacement series. After all, the hole left behind by this absolute mammoth of a series won't be easy to ignore. Thankfully, a new gen jump series looks set to get an anime, and fans absolutely cannot wait for it. For the fans who follow Jump religiously, it is already quite clear that the series that's being talked about is none other than Kagurabachi.
Say Goodbye To My Hero Academia Forever
MHA's manga ended last year, and Horikoshi has confirmed there will be no new content for the series.
It's been widely reported that Kagurabachi is getting a 2026 anime adaptation from Cygames Pictures, and that the anime itself looks like it'll be a high-quality series. While there will be no MHA in 2026, a new Shonen anime will be birthed, and fans should be excited for that. Kagurabachi is more on the serious side when compared to My Hero Academia, but it certainly will make the fans who feel worried about the future of the Shonen anime after the loss of My Hero Academia feel at ease.

Kagurabachi Anime Is Lined Up For 2026
Shonen Jump Is In Safe Hands
As one big anime ends, another will be born. Fans know very well that My Hero Academia has a worthy successor lined up in Kagurabachi, and if the adaptation is decent, it could very well fill the hole left behind by Kohei Horikoshi's brilliant story. At the end of the day, Kagurabachi isn't My Hero Academia, and it certainly won't deliver the exact same quality. But, it certainly carries a lot of potential and fans absolutely cannot wait to see what Hokazono has to deliver next year, once the anime does drop.
The My Hero Academia manga concluded with 431 chapters for fans to read. All these chapters can be found on Manga Plus. When it comes to the anime, this series is still awaiting its final season, which will be released later this year. The series can be watched on Crunchyroll.
